Acacia glaucoptera

$4.00

A very unique spreading shrub with interesting foliage, the young leaves have a red/bronze coloured tinge and round yellow flowers bloom from winter to spring. Regular pruning will keep this bush looking its best with the constant coloured new growth coming through. After flowering, curled green seed pods appear which in time turn red too. This bush is very frost tolerant and does best in a part sun positiion, but will also grow in full sun or dappled shade. Grows well in heavier soils like clay and gravel, as well as in coastal positions.
