Agonis flexuosa

A medium tree with an attractive graceful, weeping habit, commonly found around Perth. Hardy and low maintenance, grows especially well in sandy soils and along the coast. Masses of small white flowers appear in spring and summer. Tolerates a wide range of conditions including coastal exposure and dryness once established.
