Banksia epica

A spreading shrub endemic to South West WA around Esperance, therefore growing well in coastal conditions. Very large, yellow flowers are borne in autumn and winter amongst dense foliage. Used well as a feature shrub or low screen. Plant in well-drained soil and in a sunny position.
