A compact shrub bearing a long-lasting mass display of highly scented, lime yellow and brown flowers in spring with fine bright green foliage. Foliage has a spicy aroma when crushed. Well suited to a whole range of free-draining soils but prefers an open, moist, well-drained position and does best when roots are kept cool and moist. Protect from hot winds and requires watering even as a mature plant. Ensure soil is well mulched and kept moist to prevent from drying out. A long-lasting cut flower. Great for container gardens.
