A small tree which thrives in a dry climate, it is low maintenance and will tolerate light frost. Will shed its smooth, greyish bark in summer to autumn. The long, tapered foliage is leathery and bright green in colour. Popular with birdlife as shows an abundant display of nectar-filled yellow-lemon flowers in summer.
