Eucalyptus scoparia

A fast growing eastern Australian native tree which has a spreading crown and fine weeping foliage. Its straight white trunk is suffused with soft red overtones in spring. In summer it produces a profusion of white fluffy flowers which attract nectar-eating birds. Thrives in a sunny to partly shaded position in moist, well-drained soil, and is cold hardy. This smaller growing, ornamental gumtree is ideal for the home garden.
