Hakea lissocarpha

Low to medium sprawling shrub with white to pale pink sweetly scented flowers borne terminally in late winter, early spring. Leaves can be very prickly; effective burglar alarm. The handsome mid-green foliage is divided and somewhat prickly, providing protection for small birds. Ideally suited to free draining, sandy soils. Recommended Back Cockatoo Food.
