Hakea varia

A medium, bushy shrub 1-4m high with a wide natural distribution from Geraldton to Esperance. Dimensions and growth habit can vary depending on location. Very bird attracting and will grow in shaded areas, prefers swamps and wetlands. Foliage is a bit prickly and white flowers appear in winter and spring.
