A dense, mat-forming WA groundcover with small tri-foliate leaves. Striking brick red pea-like flowers cover the plant in abundance in winter and spring. Can be used as an alternative to grass. Prefers well-drained soil and full sun, but will tolerate some shade. Often found in clay loam, sandy soils and swampy or coastal conditions.
