Leucadendron galpinii

Hardy dense shrub to 1.5m with attractive grey foliage and silver cones which are produced in summer. The cones are useful in floral work and plants are grown for this purpose. Plant in full sun, good drainage is required and summer watering is necessary for best results. Tolerates light frost.
