Regelia megacephala

A rare shrub with neat foliage arranged in two pairs of opposite rows. Flowers are purple red and are followed by interesting seed capsules. Good specimen plant with very striking architecture. Blends well with exotic and native species. Prefers well drained soil. Tolerant of most soil types, light shade, coastal conditions and light frost. Prune for bushier growth.
