Viminaria juncea

A long-lived and fast growing medium shrub to small tree, often with a lovely weeping habit. Yellow-orange pea shaped flowers bloom in spring and summer, which contrast nicely against the bright, glossy green new foliage. Often used in mass plantings and is great for planting in narrow spaces. Naturally found in swampy habitats and along coastal areas from Esperance to Kalbarri. Will grow in full sun or shaded positions in most soil types. Frost and drought tolerant.
